Hayley Barrie

Hayley was born in Hertfordshire. Her love of dancing and singing began at the age of 3, inspired by the Spice Girls and Steps.

At the age of 18, she moved to London and trained at the Urdang Academy where she was awarded an Andrew Lloyd Webber Scholarship.

Since graduating in 2015, she has performed as a Lead Soloist for Aida Cruises, a Lead Soloist in the Thursford Christmas Spectacular and most recently; she played the leading lady in Top Hat, the musical on board the Queen Elizabeth cruise ship (Cunard) where she travelled the world. She has also performed in numerous cabaret concerts in Leicester Square and Camden, London.

Her most challenging role to date was playing Evita on board Aida Cruises as she had to learn all of her lines and songs in German to perform to the guests on board.

She started teaching in 2016, in between cruise contracts. She is an experienced Dance, Singing and Drama Teacher. She also teaches private singing lessons and offers coaching to students auditioning for stage schools.

Hayley loves teaching at Flair and inspiring her students. She feels very proud to watch them blossom and continue their journey to a career in the performing arts.
