Jazmin Patey-Ford

Jazmin was born and raised in Maidstone and began dancing at the age of 3. As her passion for the performing arts grew so did her dream of training professionally in london.

So at the age of 17 she completed a foundation year at Doreen Bird College which led on to her training for a further 3 years and achieving a BA hons Degree in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre.

Since graduating she embarked on her first adventure within the industry which was in an intonational arena tour of ‘My Little Pony the Musical’. Playing one of the principal roles of ‘Vice Principal Luna’ she was able to really develop and explore her talent in acting, singing and dancing.

Shortly after returning home she began a national tour with Red Entertainment in four different productions, Wannabe the Spice Girls Show, The Little Mix Show, Cilla Black and the Shades of the 60’s, and Dusty and the Shades of the 60’s. Being part of these productions fulfilled a lifelong dream of Jazmin’s by being Sporty Spice. The Wannabe Show has also taken Jazmin to places like Asia for a New Years Eve performance and guest entertaining on cruise ships.

Wanting to spend some time at home Jazmin landed the role of Wendy in the pantomime, Peter Pan, alongside Lloyds Daniels, Amelia Lilly and James Sutton at the Maidstone TV studios. She was subsequently asked back to play the leading role of Snow White the following year.

Jazmin is an experienced teacher having been teaching for the past three years in Dance, Singing, Drama and Musical Theatre. She is so excited to be joining the team to be able to share with the students the experience she had growing up and to develop their passion for performing.
