Our fees are collected monthly (during the academic year) by direct debit on the 1st of the month (we don’t make a fee collection in August). The 2025/26 fees for our 60 minute classes are £40.50 per month.10% discounts are given to siblings and those who take more than one class each week.​

When you join us at the end of the month your fees nicely start on the 1st of the next month. But if you join us part way through the month we will need to take a payment for the classes that are remaining in that month, the trial session as that is free of course so it's only the sessions that happen before the 1st of the next month that we collect . We will collect this as a one off payment and then the normal fees will start from the 1st of the next billing month.

Since the start of 2025, all of our communications to members have been sent out on our WhatsApp community group. It's a fast an effective way to let our members know important messages and as it is a private group, only admins can post messages and only us as the community owner can see the list of members.

Any important messages - such as class cancellations or details of catch up sessions, exam registration or our annual show are only sent to the WhatsApp group. If you do not join the group you will miss out on this information.

We have a class uniform for our students that we ask is worn to every sessions. We believe it's important for class cohesion and ensures that students are safely and appropriately dressed for our classes.
